As a Press Brake Setter/Operator, you will work both independently and as part of a team to operate machinery, producing various metal materials using manual and automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-quality standards for standard and bespoke products.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors, managers, and Quality Control regarding production, quality, and health & safety issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the work area.
• Adhere to health & safety standards by following instructions and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

General Requirements:

• Previous experience in engineering sheet metal production, with a focus on setting and operating CNC press-brakes.
• Perform regular quality checks and follow internal processes.
• Complete required paperwork and demonstrate basic IT skills.

Qualifications/Courses/Experience:

• Previous experience with Trumpf machines and using measuring equipment.
• Practical awareness of lean manufacturing principles and understanding of 5S activities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  Proficient in operational fault finding and problem-solving.

Working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, with flexibility required based on demand.
