Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join one of our clients. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
Duties:
– Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
-Use social media to advertise
– Drive to different sites to photograph for social media content
– Maintain and update office records and files
– Assist with data entry and record keeping
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
– Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
– Provide support to other team members as required
Requirements:
– Has to have a FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
