Part Time Administrative Assistant

Our client in Blackpool is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate start.


The company is looking for a confident, highly organised individual who is approachable, flexible and displays excellent communication skills.


  • Outbound calling to existing clients to confirm account details
  • Liaising with several departments to make necessary arrangments required
  • Confirming outstanding payment amounts to clients
  • Reception Inbox emails
  • APC log any parcels.
  • Other SCM tasks to assist the administration Team
  • Data entry onto internal database

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills – telephone & written etc
  • Previous Admin experience
  • Customer Service / office experience
  • Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday

Pay: £23,500 pro-rata
