Your main duties will include but not limited to:

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Manage inventory, stock levels, and purchasing to maintain optimal supplies.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional service standards. Provide ongoing coaching and support to develop their skills and knowledge in mixology and customer service.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering impeccable customer service. Ensure that all guests receive a memorable and enjoyable experience, exceeding their expectations.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and licensing laws. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with industry guidelines.

Your requirements needed to be considered:

• Proven experience as a Bar General Manager or similar role, preferably in an upscale bar or lounge environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
