We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Blackpool.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties may include:
- Supervising and supporting the warehouse team to ensure daily targets are achieved
- Organising workloads and allocating tasks efficiently
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory control
- Overseeing goods in and goods out operations
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Training, mentoring, and supporting new and existing team members
- Reporting operational issues and performance updates to management
Hours Available
This role offers 40 hours per week.
Pay Rate
£15.00 – £16.90 per hour
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory warehouse role is essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Health & safety conscious with a proactive approach
- Positive with a strong work ethic
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
