We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Blackpool.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties may include:

  • Supervising and supporting the warehouse team to ensure daily targets are achieved
  • Organising workloads and allocating tasks efficiently
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory control
  • Overseeing goods in and goods out operations
  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting new and existing team members
  • Reporting operational issues and performance updates to management

Hours Available

This role offers 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate

£15.00 – £16.90 per hour

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory warehouse role is essential
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Health & safety conscious with a proactive approach
  • Positive with a strong work ethic
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

The site is based in Blackpool and is easily accessible by local transport and major road links.
