We are currently recruiting an HGV Driver on behalf of our client based in Blackpool.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for ongoing work, with working hours of 7:00am – 3:00pm.

Job Responsibilities

As an HGV Driver, your duties may include:

• Safely operating an HGV vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries and collections
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Loading and unloading goods where required
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation
• Following all road traffic laws and health & safety procedures
• Providing excellent customer service when delivering to clients

Hours Available

This role offers working hours of 7:00am – 3:00pm.

Pay Rate

£14.54 – £16.29 per hour

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• In possession of a valid HGV licence
• Holding a valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and efficiently
• Safety-conscious with a professional attitude
• Positive with a strong work ethic
• Previous HGV driving experience is beneficial but not essential
