We are currently recruiting an Administrator on behalf of our client based in Blackpool to support their growing business needs.

Job Responsibilities
As an Administrator, your duties may include:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Managing data entry and updating internal systems accurately
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining important documentation
- Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and diary management
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Ensuring office records are kept organised and up to date
Requirements
We’re looking for a candidate who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills
- Good team players with a positive attitude
- Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential, as training may be provided
