Master Staff are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Preston for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their busy production team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous paint spraying experience who is looking for a reliable role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
Shifts: Days or Nights Available

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you’ll be responsible for preparing and spraying products to a high-quality finish while ensuring all work meets the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing products and surfaces ready for spraying
• Mixing and preparing paints and coatings where required
• Applying paint using spray equipment
• Ensuring an even, high-quality finish
• Checking completed products for quality and identifying defects
• Touching up and correcting finishes where required
• Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment
• Following job specifications and production instructions
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Following all health, safety and PPE requirements
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Previous paint spraying experience
• Experience working within a production, manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts
