Master Staff are currently recruiting experienced Bar Staff to work at a variety of exciting events throughout Morecambe and surrounding areas, including selected locations within the Lancaster area, during the busy summer season.

This is ad hoc work, ideal for experienced bar staff looking for flexible shifts, additional income or seasonal work throughout the summer.

Shifts will mainly be available at weekends, with some weekday shifts also available depending on events.

The Role

As a member of our event bar team, you’ll work across a variety of venues and events, providing friendly and efficient service to customers.

Duties may include:

• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Taking customer orders and processing payments
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Setting up and closing down bar areas
• Restocking drinks, glasses and bar supplies
• Keeping bar and service areas clean and organised
• Working efficiently during busy events
• Following licensing, Challenge 25 and responsible service procedures
• Supporting other members of the event team when required

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Have previous bar experience
• Be confident working in a busy bar or event environment
• Have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be reliable, punctual and professional
• Be comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Be flexible with your availability throughout the summer season
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team

Location & Transport

Events will take place across Morecambe and selected surrounding areas, including Lancaster.

All locations are accessible via public transport routes, so having your own transport is not essential.

Pay & Benefits

• £12.71 – £14.24 per hour
