We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Blackpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work within a busy production and manufacturing environment. FLT experience is beneficial, although full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Operative, your duties may include:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Loading and unloading materials
• Carrying out quality inspections on finished products
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Meeting daily production targets
• Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required

Hours Available

Full-time hours available. Shift patterns will be discussed during the application process.

Pay Rate

£13.50 per hour

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Able to follow instructions and work to production targets
• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• FLT (Forklift Truck) experience is beneficial but not essential

The site is based in Blackpool and is easily accessible by local transport and major road links.
