We are currently recruiting an experienced Conveyancer on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing law firm based in Preston.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a long-term career move, with hybrid working available.
Job Responsibilities
As a Conveyancer, your duties may include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- Carrying out all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the conveyancing process
- Working closely with support staff on post-completion matters and registrations
Pay Rates
- £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Pattern

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced as a Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Property Solicitor, or Conveyancing Fee Earner
- Able to independently manage residential conveyancing files
- Knowledgeable in residential property transactions
- Excellent communicators with strong organisational skills
- Able to work effectively within a busy conveyancing team
- Client-focused with a professional attitude
